Internal Learning Center

We have a strong culture of monitoring, evaluation and reflective practice. We have monitoring and evaluation cycles built into our programmes, which ensure accountability and organisational learning on various levels. We also have external evaluations; an annual strategic review and various planning processes. These are designed to ensure that programmes remain relevant and responsive to the needs of the target group and that we are building a conscious and reflective practice. In addition, we also host monthly practice development sessions, which allows us to continuously reflect on the way in which we work, as well as to improve on our work. We also encourage staff’s own development, which is a contractual obligation. All these aspects are part of a programme on its own called Internal Learning.
